Gala Dinner Digital Invitation Price: What You Pay
One flat €29.99 per invitation, not per guest: what's included for your gala dinner, what isn't, and how to decide before you pay.

The room is booked. The menu is agreed. Your cousin's family just added five names to the list, which takes the gala dinner from 80 guests to 130. And then someone asks the question you haven't looked up yet: what does a gala dinner digital invitation actually cost?
For a gala dinner, the digital invitation price is €29.99. One payment, one event. Not per guest, so the number doesn't move when the list grows. Here's what that covers, what it leaves out, and how to check it before you commit to anything.
What the €29.99 gala dinner digital invitation price covers
You pay once and get one invitation for one event. No subscription, no per-head charge. The invitation is a web page — not a PDF, not a picture — and it opens in any browser on a phone.
- Linked scenes that play one after another — a threshold, a long table, a last dance — instead of a single flat card.
- A field for each detail: the label, names, date, one line and the place, with a character counter so nothing overflows.
- Up to 6 of your own photos, with the cover marked as the cover, plus music and the RSVP questions you set yourself.
- Changes after you send it: new time, new place, map, dress code or line, and the same link shows the updated version.
What a digital invitation doesn't charge you for
No envelopes, no stamps, no courier, no stack of cards on the hall table. The invitation travels as a link, a QR code or a message, and your guests open it in the browser. Nothing to install. No app, no account, no password.
Nothing to reprint either. If the venue moves the start time or you add a map, you edit the invitation and the link stays exactly the same. And nobody has to chase replies in a group chat: confirmations land inside the invitation, in one ordered list.

€29.99 buys one invitation, not 130. The guest list can grow; the price doesn't.
The maths that matters: per event, not per head
Divide the price by the number of guests and the picture gets clear. Fifty people put each invitation at under 60 cents. Two hundred people put it lower still. Then add the hours you'd otherwise spend collecting replies from three different places, because the invitation already handles that part: you write the questions in the RSVP form, and the answers arrive in the list.
If you want paper, it isn't either or
The digital invitation doesn't print or post anything — that's the honest limit. Plenty of hosts keep a few printed copies for the people who save things in a drawer, and send the link to everyone else. One thing to plan for: your guests need a phone, tablet or computer with a connection. And the RSVP form is for confirmations and your own questions, not for menus, allergies or transport, so ask those separately.
If your gala dinner has a date, try the design before you pay anything. In trial mode you edit the cover for free; buying unlocks every scene. Then you publish with one button, share the link or a QR code, and the replies come back inside the invitation.
