These terms govern access to https://www.sendthejoy.com/ and the purchase of digital (and, where offered, physical) products by Send The Joy under the Send The Joy brand.

• Catalogue of customisable digital invitation templates.
• Editing, publishing and guest / RSVP tools.
• Purchase, trial and, when available, printed products.
• The exact scope of each order is shown at checkout and in the customer area.

Provide accurate data and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for account use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or serious breach.

Checkout is completed online. Payments are processed via Stripe or another enabled provider. Order confirmation and product access are provided via the platform and/or email.

Prices are shown with applicable tax information at purchase time. Promotions and coupons follow their own rules.

Templates, software and the Send The Joy brand belong to Send The Joy or licensors. Purchase grants a use licence for your event, not a transfer of copyright unless agreed in writing.

You warrant you have rights to materials you upload. Do not post unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

Send The Joy provides the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for third-party outages or force majeure, nor for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

For consumers, withdrawal may not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with prior consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right, under consumer law. Physical goods follow the shipping/returns policy in checkout.

Spanish law applies. Consumer disputes may be heard at the consumer’s courts when required; otherwise Barcelona (Spain), subject to mandatory rules.
