Digital invitation: corporate templates with a logo

Digital invitation templates: your logo sits in the top band, the date stays in view and the RSVP button sits under the thumb. Here's how the layout works

Your logo lands at the top of the cover and on your laptop it looks right. Then you open the same page on a phone and the date has slipped off the first screen. The guest gets a mark and a scroll bar. A digital invitation is read standing up, on a phone, so the logo has to sit somewhere that doesn't cost you the line with the time. You can start today: the catalogue has corporate invitation templates with a logo already laid out, and you can send the link the same afternoon.

The fix isn't a smaller logo. It's deciding what the guest needs in the first two seconds: who is inviting them, what the event is, and when it starts. Everything else fits around those three or it stays out of the design.

Corporate invitation templates with a logo: the top band belongs to the brand

A strip of flat colour across the top of the cover does the job. Logo and company name on one line, with nothing behind them and nothing on top of them. Below that, the event name and the date get the space they need. Centre the logo and blow it up to fill 40% of the cover and you push the date off a small screen: the guest reads a brand, not an event. If you have to scroll to read the time, the logo is too big. That's the whole test.

  • Logo saved as a PNG with a transparent background, large enough not to blur on a phone screen.
  • Top band in one flat colour, logo and company name on a single line.
  • Date, time and place in their own block, clear of the logo — if the logo covers them, the logo is surplus.
  • Monochrome version of the logo kept for dark or textured photos.

Digital invitation layout: logo at the top, the time in large type

There's an order that works on a screen: logo and sender at the top, event name in the middle, date and place right underneath, confirmation button at the end of the scroll. The button belongs under the thumb. If a guest has to hunt for the RSVP between decorations, the template is fighting itself. Contrast comes first as well: a white logo on a photo of a bright office disappears, so put a flat bar behind it or switch to the monochrome file. And the same link covers 20 people or 300 — you upload the logo once. Guests open it in a browser, nothing to install.

Then the three facts that don't move, whatever the design does. Who convenes: company and department, say "Sales Director's Office" under the logo, not inside it. What it is: "Annual Sales Meeting" in plain words, no internal acronyms that only the office understands. When and where: "Thursday 14, 18:30, Room 2", in a separate block, always in the same spot on the page.

A logo that hides the date isn't branding. It's a guest asking you what time it starts.

How to create corporate digital invitations with a logo when plans change

This is where the digital version earns its place. If the time, the room or the dress code changes, you edit it and the link stays the same — nobody resends anything, nobody reprints a card. Confirmations arrive inside the invitation in one ordered list, with the RSVP questions you set, so you're not chasing replies in a chat. You can add up to 6 of your own photos, music and your own questions in the editor, and the content can be set up in several languages. Pick a design, upload the logo and check the preview: date and confirmation button in view. It costs €29.99, one payment, and you can change the logo, the time or the wording afterwards.
