Digital invitation for a corporate event: what's included
Digital invitation for your corporate event: a single €29.99 payment, no subscription, a free test run, and every RSVP in one ordered list, not scattered across WhatsApp chats

It's the Thursday before the company dinner. Your comms manager has the guest list in one tab, last year's PDF invitation in another, and a message asking whether the room has moved from Door 2 to Door 4. A digital invitation for a corporate event settles most of that: it's a web page you build and send today from the catalogue, not a file you attach again every time something changes.
Here's the honest breakdown: what the €29.99 covers, what it leaves out, and where you'll still need a second tool.
What a digital invitation for a corporate event includes for €29.99
You get one web page for one event. Not a PDF, not an image of a card. You share it with a link, a QR code or a message. Inside, Joy Studio runs in your browser with nothing to install: a field for the heading, one for the names, one for the date, one for the line and one for the place. A character counter stops you overflowing and the preview updates as you type. Up to 6 of your own photos, the cover plus decorative shots, are framed automatically, and you can swap any of them later. The site comes in 7 languages (Spanish, English, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and German) and you can set the invitation content per language, so the Madrid, Paris and Milan offices can use the same link.
- A web page of its own, shared with a link, a QR code or a message. Guests install nothing.
- Joy Studio in the browser: one field per piece of information, a character counter and instant preview.
- Up to 6 photos of your own, cover and decorative, auto-framed and replaceable after publishing.
- Music and configurable RSVP questions, with the answers collected in one ordered list.
The RSVP list, and the limits worth knowing before you buy
Confirmations arrive inside the invitation, in one ordered list. You open the panel and see who is coming, without jumping between chats. You set the questions on the confirmation form yourself, a yes/no question and a short field for the name, for example. And you can edit after sending: the link stays the same, so changing the time, the place, the map, the dress code or the line means nothing to resend. If the room moves from Door 2 to Door 4, guests see the updated version.
What it won't do is chase people for you. There are no automatic reminders by email or WhatsApp, so if you are 12 confirmations short, you check the list and write to those 12 one by one. The RSVP form doesn't collect allergies, menus, intolerances, cots or transport: for the dinner, those questions need another form or an email. There's no gift list, no table plan, no capacity control and no ticket scanning. No app of our own, no paper stationery, no printing or postage included. If you need to validate entry to the room, use a separate tool.

One link instead of a reprint: change the door, the time or the dress code and every guest sees the current version.
How much does a digital invitation cost for a corporate event?
€29.99 per invitation, paid once. No subscription, no cost per guest, no cost per confirmation. You can test it free first: in test mode you edit the cover without paying, and buying unlocks all the scenes, so you can try the design with the real event name before deciding. If some guests want paper, the sensible alternative to printed invitations for a corporate event is to combine both: a link for everyone and a handful of printed copies for whoever will keep them. Five cards for the board, the link for the rest. Digital invitations don't need reprints or envelopes. Start today: publish with one button and share the link.
