Corporate Event Invitations: Gamify Your RSVP

Turn your company event into a game with three clear missions and one link: guests confirm online, from their phone, inside the same invitation. No app, no chasing replies on WhatsApp.

You send the invitation for the corporate event on a Tuesday. By Thursday the group chat has four questions, two people asking about parking and nobody saying clearly whether they are coming. The plan for the day is solid. The part where people confirm is not.

A game fixes half of that, if the rules are simple enough to explain standing up. Three missions, clear scoring, and one link that does the dull work: collecting who is in and who is not.

Write the rules before the prizes

Pick three missions, no more, and give each one a verb. Solve a riddle about your industry at the table. Photograph one specific object in the room. Find someone from another office and introduce them to your team. If you cannot explain a mission in two sentences, it is not a mission, it is homework. Decide who scores — one facilitator per team, with the scorecard on a phone or a sheet of paper — and when the scoreboard goes up: at the start and again before the toast, not at two in the morning.

  • Three missions with a clear verb: find, photograph, solve.
  • One facilitator per team with the scorecard in hand.
  • A symbolic prize decided before the first mission starts.
  • One minute of rules before the first course.

Your corporate event invitation is already level 1

The briefing is the first thing a guest sees when the link opens: event name, date, place and one line that sums up the challenge. A digital corporate invitation holds that briefing on the cover and then runs the game through chained scenes — a cover, a scene with the missions, another with a map of the room, and a last one with the confirmation. Each scene takes your own text and photos, and the editor lives in the browser, so there is nothing to install.

You can upload up to six of your own photos: last year's room, the team, the detail you want people to remember. They frame themselves, and you can swap any photo later without touching the link. Confirmations arrive inside the invitation, in one ordered list, so you stop chasing answers in the company chat. The form questions can be configured too — a team name, a game alias. Anything that does not belong in a form (allergies, menus, transport) stays in whatever channel your company already uses.

You set the rules and the three missions. The invitation carries the briefing, the scenes and one list of confirmations.

Change the date and the game still works

Move the afternoon session, change rooms or shift the dress code and you edit the invitation: the link stays the same, nobody gets a second message and nobody has to confirm again. If your teams sit in different countries, texts and content can be set per language — the site runs in seven — so everyone reads the same rules in their own. One link covers the QR on each table, the internal email and the sign at the door. Two scoreboard moments, opening and dessert, close the game the same day, and next time you repeat only the mission people actually played. Your event already has its level 1: try a design free, build the scenes and publish when the rules are ready.
