You're planning a corporate event. You have a list of 200 contacts. You're looking at a corporate event invitation price of €29.99. But that number alone doesn't tell you much. What matters is how much that works out per person who actually shows up. And that depends on your real guest list, not the one in your database.
That's the number your director will ask for. Not the sticker price. So before you compare invitations, do the math with the attendance you truly expect. Then you'll know what you're really paying per attendee.
Corporate event invitation price: cost per attendee
A €29.99 invitation for an event with 120 expected attendees works out to about €0.25 per person. If only 40 confirm, the same invitation costs €0.75 per attendee. The invitation price is fixed; the cost per attendee depends on your guest list. So write down how many people you realistically expect, not the total number of contacts you have. Then divide. Do it when you have the RSVPs in front of you, not the day you pay. That's the number that matters.
- Number of people you'll actually invite, not your entire contact list.
- Expected confirmations you're planning for, the figure your director asked for.
- One-time price of the invitation: €29.99, no subscription.
- Hours your team spends chasing replies and resending files.
What makes it expensive without appearing in the price
Changing the dinner time three days before. With paper, that means reprints and a second mailing. With a link, you edit the invitation and no one has to resend anything. Chasing confirmations one by one on WhatsApp. Every missing reply is time your team isn't spending on the event. That time has a cost, even if it's not on the invoice.
A PDF that gets lost in inboxes and forces you to send the same file to ten different people the same day. These hidden costs don't show up in the invitation price, but they show up in your team's hours and your event's stress level.

The invitation price is just the start. The real number is cost per attendee who confirms.
Test, compare, and collect RSVPs inside the invitation
In trial mode, you can edit the cover without paying. When you buy, all scenes unlock. You can customize the label, event name, date, phrase and venue with one field per item. A character counter stops a long job title like 'Head of Communications' from getting cut off. Upload up to 6 of your own photos, mark which one goes on the cover, and replace any of them later. The empty room in the morning and the full room at night can both fit in the same invitation. RSVPs arrive in an ordered list inside the same invitation, and you can configure the confirmation form to ask what you need. Guests don't install any app: they open the link in their phone's browser and reply from there, even if they're joining from another country. The link stays the same, so if the map or dress code changes, guests see the new version without another message. If the board wants a printed copy for the archive, print a few and send the link to everyone else. If the venue has poor signal, tell people about the link in advance. The digital invitation needs a phone, tablet or computer with a connection; for anyone without one, the printed copy is the backup. Before you decide, calculate your cost per attendee with your real list. Then compare that number, not the one on the price tag. You can open a trial invitation, edit the cover for free, and see how yours would look.
