Airport corporate event invitations: gate and cutoff time
Two details decide whether your guests get in: the exact gate and the access cutoff. Here's how to put both on one link guests open on their phones.

It's 19:55. The access desk closes in five minutes and three of your colleagues are still at the wrong end of Terminal 2, reading a printed card that says nothing except the name of the airport. The gate is missing. The cutoff time is missing. Nobody knows which station stop to get off at.
Airport corporate event invitations have one job before the evening starts: get every guest to the right gate before it closes. Two facts do that work — the exact gate and the access cutoff — and both belong on the first screen of a phone, not on page two of a PDF.
The gate is a data point, not decoration
Your venue field should read like a direction, not a city. Building, level, gate: "Terminal 2, level 3, gate B14" gets someone to the right door. "The airport" doesn't. And the access cutoff is a different number from the start time — if the control closes at 20:00, a guest arriving at 20:20 stays in the public area with a coffee and no party.
- Exact gate with building, level and number: "Terminal 1, level 2, gate A07".
- Access cutoff, listed separately from the start time: "admitted until 20:00".
- A meeting point inside the venue, with a map or the right station stop named.
- Dress code in one line: "dark suit, no tie".
Airport corporate event invitations: one link for the whole terminal
A digital invitation is a web page, so the same link works everywhere: the company email, the team group, the QR you send to the reception desk. Guests open it in the browser on their phone, without installing an app, and check the gate, the cutoff time and the map while they queue at security.
If the meeting point moves from the public area to the departure zone, you edit the venue field and the link stays exactly the same. Anyone who saved it opens the updated version. No second email with CORRECTION in the subject line.

Two fields decide whether your guests walk into the terminal or wait outside it: the exact gate and the access cutoff.
A change at 22:40 doesn't send anyone back to the printer
If the event slips and the time moves from 19:30 to 20:15, you fix it in the editor and whoever opens the link sees the new time straight away. Switching the dress code from business to smart casual doesn't create another message. Guests who bookmarked the link always land on the current version — there's no old PDF floating around the team chat.
Confirmations arrive inside the invitation, not in the group chat
The RSVP button sits on the page itself: guests reply from their phone and you don't have to repost the question every two days. Answers come back in one ordered list with each person's name, no screenshots and no scattered threads. You choose the questions — attendance, name, a short note — so nothing you didn't ask for turns up later.
Before you send anything, check that the gate, the cutoff time and the way in all fit on the first screen of a phone. In Send The Joy you can edit the cover for free, see how it looks, and unlock the full invitation for 29.99 EUR when it's ready.
