Weekend Wedding Invitations: Friday, Saturday, Brunch

A weekend wedding is three days, not one. Here is how a single link keeps Friday dinner, Saturday's ceremony and Sunday brunch in order — and how RSVPs land in your inbox.

Six weeks out, the messages start. Someone asks whether the Friday dinner is at the restaurant or at your parents' house. Someone else wants to know if the Sunday brunch is still on. You answer, then answer again, because the details are buried in a thread that keeps moving.

A weekend wedding is three days with three separate plans: a welcome dinner on Friday, the ceremony on Saturday, a brunch on Sunday. Each one has its own time and place, and your guests should be able to see all of it without digging through three chats. Weekend wedding invitations handle that when they live on one link instead of three separate messages.

Weekend wedding invitations cover three days, not one

Give each block its own scene with its own details. Friday dinner in the courtyard at 8:30 pm. Saturday ceremony at 6:00 pm, then dinner. Sunday brunch at 11:00 am. The invitation chains scenes — Arch of Promises, Patio Memory, Long Dinner — so guests scroll through the whole weekend in one place instead of three. You share the link by WhatsApp, email or a QR code, and it opens in the phone browser. Nobody installs an app.

  • Friday: welcome dinner, with the exact time and the address.
  • Saturday: ceremony, drinks and dinner, plus the dress code.
  • Sunday: brunch with a start time and a map.
  • One RSVP question per day, so you know who is coming to what.

If the brunch moves from 11:00 to 12:00, you open Joy Studio and change that field. The link stays the same, and the invitation shows 12:00 the next time a guest opens it. The link you shared in March still shows the right start time in June.

Same with the map, the dress code or a phrase that no longer sounds right. You edit once in the browser — nothing to install — and no one has to be told individually. Nothing gets reprinted, nothing gets re-sent.

Each day gets its own photo, music and wording

You can add up to 6 of your own photos and pick the cover: the venue for Friday, the two of you for Saturday, the table for Sunday. Music and the wording of each scene are editable, and a character counter keeps a long line from breaking the layout. If some guests read in another language, the invitation content can be set in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese or German. You can also mark which photo is the cover and swap any picture later without touching the rest.

You are not sending three invitations for three days. You are sending one link that holds the whole weekend.

RSVPs land in the invitation, not in WhatsApp

Confirmations arrive inside the invitation itself, in one ordered list, so you stop copying answers out of group chats. Set one question for Friday dinner, another for the ceremony and another for the brunch, and you will know who is coming to what. Guests reply from their phone browser, with nothing to install. Pick a design, try it for free, and send one link for Friday, Saturday and brunch. When something changes, it is still the same link — no new envelopes, no second round of messages.
