Zaragoza isn't Madrid or Seville: the ceremony at El Pilar has a fixed time and the meal needs a map. Here's what your invitation must include so nobody asks twice.

You're getting married in Zaragoza. The ceremony is at El Pilar, the meal is somewhere in El Tubo, and you've got guests coming from Huesca, Teruel and maybe France. The invitation goes out, and the questions start: What time exactly? Where do we park? Is the restaurant the one with the green awnings? A wedding invitation in Zaragoza needs to answer all of that before anyone asks.

This isn't about a prettier invitation. It's about giving your guests the two things they actually need: the time the door closes at El Pilar and a map link to the restaurant. A digital invitation holds both, and if anything changes, you edit it and the link stays the same. No app for your guests to download, either.

Wedding invitations in Zaragoza: the Pilar time comes first

The ceremony at El Pilar runs in a closed slot. If your invitation says 12:00, add 'the door closes at 11:45' underneath, because someone will be parking ten minutes away. Put the time in the date field and in the ceremony scene text. If the slot moves, you edit it once and the link stays the same. Guests from Huesca, Teruel or Calatayud plan their trip around that time: tell them how long it takes from Delicias station, not just the name of the basilica.

  • The exact ceremony time at El Pilar and the time the door closes.
  • A map link to the restaurant with a visual reference, like 'green awnings facing the Central Market'.
  • A written Plan B if the cierzo blows: where the aperitivo moves to.
  • The six photos: a cover with you two and the Pilar, plus five details of the day.

The map matters more than the address

'Restaurant next to El Pilar' means nothing to someone from out of town. Add a map link and a reference you can see, like 'green awnings facing the Central Market'. If the meal is in El Tubo, warn guests in the scene itself that the centre is pedestrian and the car goes in a parking five minutes away. Put the map button in the long dinner scene: at 14:20 your guest is looking for where to eat, not the name of the room.

In Zaragoza, an outdoor aperitivo can end up under the cierzo. If you move it indoors, you edit that scene and the link doesn't change. Changing the time, place or dress code doesn't mean resending anything: whoever opens the link sees the updated version, no envelopes or reprints. A digital invitation doesn't print or send paper: if someone wants it in their hand, print two or three copies yourself and keep the link as the official version.

Replies arrive in an ordered list inside the invitation, no WhatsApp chasing. The web is in seven languages, and you can set the invitation content per language, useful with French guests from the other side of the Pyrenees. Try the cover for free, then unlock all scenes for 29.99 EUR, one-time payment. Open the editor, build a cover with the Pilar time and the restaurant map, and send the link this afternoon.
