Wedding invitation budget in Valencia: paper, PDF or link
We compare what 150 wedding invitations really cost in Valencia: the print quote, the PDF and the link. Where the money actually goes, and what you save.

The first wedding invitation budget in Valencia usually arrives by email and runs to two pages. You asked for 150 invitations. What comes back lists paper, an inner envelope, an outer envelope, address labels, stamps, a colour proof and a courier to your door. Nobody mentioned half of that on the phone.
Print isn't a rip-off. It's just that everything around the card gets its own line, and those lines add up quietly. Here's what to look at before you sign anything.
What a print quote in Valencia actually charges you for
A print shop quotes per item, not per wedding. The card is one line. The envelopes, the labels, the proof and the delivery are others. Once the list is fixed at 150, every one of those lines multiplies by 150. Ask for the quote split into 150, 60 and 20 copies — three numbers tell you more in five minutes than a long email does.
- Paper stock, inner envelope, outer envelope, printed address label, stamp, colour proof and delivery to your address.
- Hand calligraphy on envelopes is quoted per envelope, not per order. That's 150 envelopes, not one sample.
- Ask what a reprint costs if the time on the card is wrong, and whether the whole run starts again.
- Ask how long the gap is between approving the colour proof and holding the cards in your hand.
A PDF costs nothing to send, and it goes stale fast
A PDF is cheap to make and free to send, which is why so many couples start there. The trouble is that it's a file, not a page. It doesn't update itself, and it doesn't collect anything for you.
If the venue moves dinner from 9pm to 9.30pm, you export the file again and send it to 150 people, one chat at a time. Your aunt has Tuesday's version, your cousin has Thursday's. When they ask what time to arrive, you're the one answering, 150 times. Confirmations land in your messages at eleven at night while you type them into a spreadsheet by hand.

Paper keeps its place. It just doesn't have to be the only way you tell 150 people about a wedding in Valencia.
The link: 29,99 EUR once, and it stays live
For 29,99 EUR, paid once and with no subscription, you get a web page for your event instead of a file. It's built from chained scenes — Umbral de cal, Cena larga, Último baile — and each scene takes your own words and up to six of your photos. You pick the design from the collection, and there's a filter by style if you already know the look you want.
You share it with a link, a QR code or a message. Guests install nothing: they open it in the browser on their phone. Confirmations arrive inside the same invitation, in an ordered list, with the questions you set. If the venue changes the time, you edit it and the link stays the same. Nobody resends anything.
150 guests, one venue and two ways to send it
The sensible split isn't all-or-nothing. Send the link to all 150 — friends, colleagues, cousins — and print a small run for the people who will actually keep the card in a drawer. Twenty copies is a different quote from 150, and asking for both numbers takes one email. Before you commit, try a design free in the editor and look at it on your phone, the way your guests will.
The print quote can sit on the table as long as you like. Start the free trial, put your own names, date and place on the screen, and set it beside the sample the printer handed you. Then choose, with both numbers in front of you.
