University Graduation Invitations: Your Campus, Your Photo

A digital graduation invitation puts the campus name, the class photo and the timetable in one link. Edit it later and the link stays the same.

It’s two weeks before graduation. Your phone buzzes: the class group chat is asking for the ceremony time again. Someone sends a blurry screenshot of a paper invite that’s already out of date. Meanwhile, the photo of the whole year group is still sitting in a folder, waiting.

A university graduation invitation puts all of that in one link. The campus name, the class photo, the timetable and the RSVP list. No envelopes, no reprints, no chasing replies.

Start your university graduation invitation with the campus name

Before you touch colours, type the full title: 'University of Salamanca, Faculty of Law, Class of 2025'. The field has its own space and a character counter, so you see right away if a long name crowds the design. In test mode you can edit the cover without paying: type that title, check how it breathes in your chosen design, and only then decide if you want to buy the full template. If the name takes three lines, try another design from the collection—filter by style—rather than shrinking the text until nobody can read the faculty.

  • The exact campus and faculty name as you want it to appear.
  • The date, start time and full address of the venue.
  • The class photo in high resolution, plus two or three backups.
  • A short phrase that sounds like your year group, not an official notice.

The class photo is the cover, not an extra

Mark the photo of the whole class as the cover. It frames itself, so a horizontal panorama and a vertical row of mortarboards fit without weird crops. There is room for up to 6 photos: the group one on the cover, the graduation portrait in 'Umbral de cal' and the last hug in 'Último baile'. Each one can be replaced later without touching the rest. If you don’t have the official photo yet, publish with a phone shot and swap it when the photographer sends theirs: it’s the same link, not a second invitation.

Gather the details before you open the editor. Ask the class group for the date, exact time, address of the hall and a short phrase. With that you fill in the title, names, date, phrase and place field by field, no cramped text blocks. Write the dress code in one line, 'gown and cap' or 'formal, no gown'. If you decide three days before, half the year group has already bought something else.

A graduation is remembered for the class photo and the campus name spelled right, not the envelope.

Your RSVP stops being a WhatsApp list

Confirmations arrive inside the invitation itself, in an ordered list. Anyone who opens the link on their phone can reply without installing anything—you see a name, not a stray 'I'm going' in the chat. Set the RSVP questions to what you’ll actually check, like the number of guests. Fewer well-chosen questions, more answers. When you want to know who’s missing, you open the list instead of scrolling up in the group. Personalise your graduation template and share a link that updates itself.
