It's 11pm at the kitchen table, and you're looking at two birth certificates, one church and a phone that won't stop buzzing. Both babies are being christened at the same Sunday service, and you've already sent six messages today explaining that yes, there is one ceremony, and yes, both sets of godparents are on the list.

Twin christening invitations don't need two designs. They need one page where both names sit properly, one link you can send to everyone, and one reply list you can read in ten seconds. Call it a christening or a baptism — the page works the same either way.

Twin Christening Invitations: Two Names, One RSVP Form

In the editor, every detail has its own field: label, names, date, short line, venue. You write 'Christening of Mateo and Julia' in the label and put both full names in the names field, instead of squeezing them onto one line by hand. A character counter warns you as you type, and the preview updates straight away, with no page reload.

  • Both full names, accents included, exactly as you want them read on the cover.
  • Date, exact time and venue address, with the map link copied and ready to paste.
  • The godparents' names for each baby, if they're going to appear in the ceremony scene.
  • One short closing line — the sentence you'd say at the table during the toast — plus one to six photos, with a sharp horizontal shot for the cover.

A Cover Photo With Both Twins In It

You can upload up to six photos and mark which one is the cover. For twins, a single shot of the two of them together usually works better than two portraits facing each other across the screen, each one fighting for space. Photos crop themselves into the frame, and you can replace any of them later. If the photo session happens after you've sent the link, publish with what you have and swap the cover when the new pictures arrive — the link doesn't change.

The invitation is built as a chain of scenes, and each one takes its own text and photos. A useful trick for twins: put both names and both sets of godparents in the ceremony scene, then give each baby a separate scene for their own photo, so neither of them ends up as background. Music is configurable too, and so are the questions on the RSVP form.

It's digital, so there's no printing and nothing goes in the post. If grandma wants something in her hand, the sensible combination is a link for everyone and a few printed copies for whoever keeps them. The site runs in seven languages — Spanish, English, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and German — and the invitation text can be set per language, which helps when one side of the family reads in English and the other in Catalan. Price: 29.99 EUR per invitation, paid once, no subscription, with both names, the date, the venue and the RSVP included.

Two names, one link, one list. The invitation stops being a puzzle of messages and becomes a page that updates itself.

Change the Time Without Sending a Second Message

If the parish moves the service from 12:00 to 13:00, you change the time in Joy Studio and the same link shows the new version. Nobody gets a second message correcting the first. Same with the venue, the map, the dress code or the final line: edit it, hit publish, and that's it. Guests open the link in any phone browser, install nothing, and confirm from there. Start with the cover and both names for free — the names are already in your head, the link is the only thing missing.
