Spa Baby Shower Invitations: The Massage Time Slot
A spa baby shower invitation lives or dies by one detail: the massage time. Here's what to write on it, and what to leave off.

It's the Thursday before the spa baby shower. Eleven women have said yes, the deposit is paid, and the group chat has one question nobody can answer: what time is my massage? The host scrolls back through a week of messages, finds two different times, and starts typing a third.
That's not a guest problem, it's an invitation problem. A spa day runs on a schedule: arrivals, treatment slots, the water circuit, lunch. If the invitation doesn't carry that schedule, the host becomes the schedule.
Spa Baby Shower Invitations: The Massage Time Is the Detail That Matters
The most useful line on a spa baby shower invitation is the exact treatment time. Not "morning", not "around midday" — a time. Put the arrival time in front of it, say how long the treatment lasts, and mention whether guests should come early to change. One sentence does the work: "Arrive 10:45, massage 11:15, water circuit after."
- Arrival and slot on the same line: "Arrive 10:45, massage 11:15, water circuit after." Vague ranges like "late morning" end with somebody sitting in reception at 12:40.
- Name next to each time if the spa runs set slots: "Ana 11:15, Carla 11:45, Priya 12:15." Nobody has to ask the day before.
- Say how long the treatment is and give the buffer: "The massage is 50 minutes, so come 20 minutes early to change."
- Add where to meet: "We'll be in the reception lounge from 10:30."
What to Bring, and What Not to Assume
Nobody enjoys the moment they realise they've packed a swimsuit and no flip-flops. Add a "What to bring" line: swimsuit, flip-flops, a bag for wet clothes. If the spa supplies robes and towels, say so plainly — "bring a towel" and "towels are provided" are very different instructions.
Dress code belongs in the same section. Comfortable clothes for after the massage, no heels. "Come as you are; we'll hand you a robe at reception" tells people everything without starting a debate. If there are lockers and showers, mention whether a padlock is useful or whether a wash bag is worth packing.

The massage has a time. The invitation should too.
Spa Baby Shower Invitation Wording That Sounds Like the Room
The words should match the room you're walking into. Heading: "Baby shower for [name]". One line underneath: "A day to look after you before [baby] arrives." Place: "Spa [name], [address]". Colours stay soft — eucalyptus green, off-white, sand — and the photo is towels or candles rather than fluorescent balloons. If you add music, keep it instrumental. If not, leave it off.
Why a Digital Invitation Keeps the Massage Times Straight
Massage times move. Someone swaps slots, the spa shifts the schedule, brunch lands half an hour later. With a digital invitation you edit the time or the meeting point and the link stays the same — guests open the updated version, nothing gets re-sent. Confirmations arrive inside the invitation as one ordered list, so you can see who's coming and set the slots before the spa asks for names. Guests open the link in any browser and reply from their phone, with no app to install. Pick a spa baby shower invitation design, fill in the times, and share the link. You can try the cover free and unlock the full invitation for 29.99 EUR.
