Secret Wedding Anniversary Invitations: The Wedding Nobody Saw
Recreate the wedding you never announced with an invitation that actually goes out: scenes, wording and photos that make the anniversary feel like the wedding you kept quiet.

You got married on a Tuesday morning at a registry office, signed the book, had lunch, and went back to work. Three weeks later a photo appeared and the questions started. When, where, why wasn't I there. There was never a ceremony for anyone to be invited to.
An anniversary is the second chance. A secret wedding anniversary invitation does the thing you skipped the first time: it opens a door and tells everyone where to stand. The material is already in your phone — the date, the two witnesses, the lunch that ran an hour too long.
The invitation is the door nobody walked through
Start with the date of the I do. Not the date of the party you are planning now, the real one, the signed one, even if it was a Tuesday at the town hall. That date on the cover is already the story. Use the label field for a phrase instead of an event name: 'What we did without telling you' says more than 'Anniversary 5'. Set the opening time to the real time of the ceremony, put dinner at 21:00, and let the map do the rest.
- The real time of the I do as the opening time, not the hour you will actually sit down to eat.
- A label with the phrase you used to keep quiet, not a birthday-style event name.
- The town hall or the registry office on the map, queue outside and all.
- One line per field. Long paragraphs get skipped on a phone.
Tell your secret wedding anniversary story in scenes
The invitation runs as chained scenes, each with its own text and its own photos, following one another the way that night did. Give the courtyard scene the photo from the day itself. Keep the cover for something taken now, the one people will know straight away when the link opens.
One line per scene. A field, a fact, next. If a joke needs explaining, move it to another scene or leave it out. And the test that matters: if a line would work for any other couple, it is not finished.

The story you never told is still a story. Give it a date, a door and a last dance.
The surprise starts in the WhatsApp message
Send the link with no explanation: 'Open this Saturday at 19:00.' The first scene is the reveal, so no teaser needed. Guests install nothing — they open the link in a browser. To the two people who already knew, a brother, a witness, send the QR as well so they turn up fifteen minutes early and hold the surprise for everyone else.
Six photos, one link, no paper
You can upload up to six of your own photos, cover plus decorative, and they frame themselves. Mark the cover one with care: it decides whether someone keeps reading to the last dance. Swap any photo later without touching the design. Change the time, the place or the wording and nothing gets resent — the same link shows everyone the updated version.
The confirmation questions are yours to write, and the replies arrive in an ordered list inside the invitation, not scattered across your phone. Your anniversary does not have to be another dinner. It can be the wedding you never invited anyone to, told scene by scene and opened with one link. Pick a design, try it free, and publish the invitation when the story is complete.
