Two tents, one barbecue at nine, and a link that updates itself. Here's how to write a glamping bachelorette invitation nobody has to ask about on WhatsApp.

It's 11 p.m. the week before the glamping bachelorette, and the group chat has 42 unread messages. One person asks if there are towels. Another asks if they need a sleeping bag. The bride's sister answers both, then answers them again the next morning. A glamping bachelorette invitation should stop that.

Glamping isn't camping with better photos. It's a bed with sheets, a hot shower, and a barbecue at nine. Write those facts on the invitation, and most questions never happen.

Glamping bachelorette invitations: say cabin, not campsite

Words do the heavy lifting. 'Cabin with a 150 cm bed and a hot shower' tells people to pack a different bag than 'bring a sleeping bag and a torch'. If every tent has a plug socket and the common house has Wi-Fi, write it down. That one line cuts half the last-minute messages. Use the real name of the place: the finca, the dome, the stone house. If it reads like a campsite, someone turns up with a cool box and no hair straightener.

  • Swap 'sleeping bag and torch' for 'made bed, hot shower, plug socket in every tent'.
  • If the common house has Wi-Fi, say so. People ask about that before they ask about the menu.
  • Use the venue's real name: Finca La Encina, the oak dome, the stone house. Not just 'the campsite'.
  • Put check-in and check-out next to the address: 4 p.m. Friday, noon Sunday.

Choose the tent before the design

Count beds before you count guests. If you're 9 and the domes sleep 4, someone is in another unit, and that needs to be on the invitation from day one. Write the sleeping setup in plain words: 'shared dome for 4, single beds'. It stops the 'who am I sharing with?' thread. Then set real times: check-in 4 p.m. Friday, check-out noon Sunday. Almost every bachelorette question is logistics, not decoration.

Food and hours are the next thing people ask. Write the plan one meal at a time: 'Friday 9 p.m. barbecue, Saturday 11 a.m. brunch, Saturday 9:30 p.m. long dinner'. If everyone brings something, put it in writing: 'we bring the wine, you bring dessert'. Give the dress code by weather: 'boots and a sweatshirt for the night'. That ends the 'what do I wear?' messages. For activities, two are enough. Leave gaps. 'Saturday 12 p.m. 40-minute hike to the pool' works better than seven back-to-back plans. If something costs extra, say the price: 'massage in the tent, 20 EUR'. No one brings cash if they don't know. And name one person per day who has the keys or knows the plan. 'Marta has the keys' beats a 2 a.m. group chat.

If the invitation answers the boring questions, the group chat can be about the fun ones.

When the tents, times and two activities are clear, the rest is a nice sentence. Build the invitation once and let the link do the work. If the brunch moves on Thursday, edit the invitation and the same link shows the new version. No second message correcting the first. RSVPs land inside the invitation in one ordered list, instead of scattered between WhatsApp and Instagram comments. You can use up to 6 of your own photos, so the page looks like that finca, not a template that could be anywhere. It's 29.99 EUR, one-time payment, and guests open it in a browser. No app.
