Digital invitation template with a menu poll and RSVP
Ask each guest “steak, sea bass or vegetarian?” inside the invitation, and read every answer in one list instead of forty messages.

Forty guests, one group chat, and the same question four times: what is everybody eating? You answer eleven people, lose track of who asked for the vegetarian plate, and spend the week before the wedding sending the message again to everyone who did not reply.
A digital invitation template with a menu poll puts that question inside the invitation. Guests tap an answer on their phone, and the replies land in one list, each one next to a name.
A digital invitation template with a menu poll is a page, not a PDF
Your invitation is a web page for the event, shared as a link, a QR code or a message. No app to install: guests open it in the browser, read the time and the place, and answer the menu question on the same screen. The poll is not a form sitting somewhere else, it is a configurable question inside the RSVP, so an answer sticks to a name. Try it before you pay: test mode lets you edit the cover, and €29.99, paid once with no subscription, unlocks every scene.
- One question, one answer: “Steak, sea bass or vegetarian?” Each guest picks, and you read a list instead of forty messages.
- “Are you bringing children, and how many want the kids’ menu?” Enough to count plates, short enough to finish.
- “Reply by 10 May” written into the question itself, so the deadline sits where people are already reading.
- What stays out of the poll: allergies, intolerances and transport. Those go to whoever is cooking, by call or direct message.
Ask the menu question in one line
A closed question with three options takes two seconds to answer. Name the dishes the way your caterer names them: steak, sea bass, vegetarian. The list you get back can go straight to the kitchen. A text box gets answers like “whatever, but not fish”, and you are writing individual messages again.
Two questions get answered; five get left half-finished, so add a second one only if you need it. Keep the deadline visible with a line inside the menu scene. There are no automatic reminders in the invitation, so when you want to close the menu, open the confirmation list and message the few who are missing. And remember what the poll can do: it chooses a dish. It does not diagnose anything.

Write the menu question once, publish the link, and the answers arrive sorted next to the names: no group chat, no chasing.
Change the time or the dish without resending anything
Everything is edited in Joy Studio, in the browser, with nothing to install: labels, names, date, phrase and place, with a character counter and a live preview. You can upload up to six photos of your own, cover and decorative, swap any of them later and choose which one opens the invitation. If the time, the map or the menu changes after you have sent the link, the link stays the same and guests see the updated version.
Check the link as a guest, then publish
Open the invitation on your phone, answer your own poll, and check the language your guests will read: the site runs in seven languages (Spanish, English, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and German) and the invitation content can be set per language. Then pick a design, write the menu question in one line and send the link today.
