It's the Thursday before a spa birthday and your phone has twelve messages in it. Nobody is asking about the cake. They want to know if the massage is at four or half four, whether they need their own towel, and where they leave a phone during the water circuit. You booked the treatment weeks ago and you're running a help desk. A digital invitation does that job: one link with the time, the address, the plan and the packing list. You can pick a design from the catalogue and send it today.

The invitation isn't the pretty bit on top of the admin. It replaces the admin. Everything people would otherwise ask you one by one sits on the same page, and you edit it once instead of answering twelve times.

The treatment picks the time, not the other way round

A 60-minute massage plus 15 minutes to change and shower before it is 75 minutes. If the booking says 17:00, the massage starts at 16:15 or the hour gets trimmed at the end. A 45-minute facial survives an 11:00 arrival with ten minutes spare. A water circuit with sauna wants an extra hour of margin, or you spend the first twenty minutes rushing from locker to lounger. Work backwards from the treatment, then write both times down.

  • Treatment at 16:15, drinks at 18:00. Two separate fields on the invitation, because someone driving two hours reads them differently.
  • Arrival time, not just appointment time: 20 minutes before for a robe and a form, 40 if there's a pool to get into first.
  • A 45-minute facial fits an 11:00 start. A sauna circuit doesn't, so give it an extra hour or move the whole afternoon.
  • If you're splitting into two groups, say who's in which slot. Two people sharing a treatment room need to know before they arrive, not at reception.

A digital invitation answers before anyone asks

A digital invitation is a page, not a PDF. Label, names, date, phrase and place sit in separate fields in the editor, so moving the party from Saturday the 17th to Sunday the 18th doesn't wreck the layout. Scenes run in order — arrival, treatment, cake — and each one takes its own text and up to six of your own photos. Mark one as the cover; the rest frame themselves.

Then the practical part: swimsuit, flip-flops and something comfortable to change into. Three lines on the page end the 9am messages on the day itself. Say whether the spa lends robes, whether lockers need a padlock, and whether hair should be tied back. Confirmations arrive in a list inside the invitation, with whatever questions you set. Nothing to install, nobody to chase.

If the answer is on the page, nobody has to ask you twice.

Spa birthday invitations vs a WhatsApp group

A "confirmed" buried between memes isn't a guest list, and re-sending the map to whoever lost it on Tuesday isn't a plan either. Digital invitations keep the running order, the packing list and the confirmations on one page, and you can move the massage from 16:15 to 17:00 without a second version going out: the link stays the same, so guests see the updated one, not the copy they saved. It's 29,99 EUR, one payment, no subscription. Pick a design, try the cover for free, and publish once the treatment slot is confirmed.
