Digital Invitation Price: A Hen Party in Bilbao

Twenty-two people, one long table booked in the Casco Viejo, and a WhatsApp group already on 60 messages before anyone has agreed on a dress code. You need to give everyone the time, the pintxos bar in Abando afterwards and the exact address — and you need a real number for the restaurant. That's the job a Digital invitation does for a hen party in Bilbao: pick a design from the collection, build it in the browser and send it the same day. €29.99, once.

Price is usually where it stalls. Quotes arrive per guest, per print, per proof, and nobody can explain the total. So here's the whole thing up front: €29.99 per invitation, paid once, whether you're 15 or 40. Bachelorette party, if you're reading this in the US — same link, same price.

What Your €29.99 Digital Invitation Includes

One payment covers the invitation itself, not each person on the list. It's a web page of its own, so it opens from a link, a QR code or a message in the group. Nobody has to install anything: your guests tap, read it on their phone and confirm from there.

• A single payment of €29.99 per invitation, not per guest: 22 people at dinner is one invitation, not 22 licences.
• Your own web page, opened with a link, a QR code or a message. Not a PDF, and not an image that gets buried in the chat.
• RSVP inside the invitation: confirmations arrive in one ordered list, and you decide which questions to ask.
• Up to 6 of your own photos, plus music, and a separate field for each text — headline, names, date, phrase and venue.

What Never Appears on the Bill for Digital Invitations

No printing, no stationery, no envelopes, no shipping. The invitation lives at one web address and every guest opens the same version, whether they're in Bilbao or landing at Loiu on the Friday night. There's no app to install either: your guests use whatever browser is already on their phone, tablet or laptop.

Editing after you send works in your favour. If the plan moves from the Arenal to a bar in Abando, you change the venue, the map or the dress code and the same link shows the new version. You can swap the headline for the nickname only your group uses. No reprints, nothing to resend.

€29.99, paid once. The expensive part of a hen party in Bilbao was never the invitation — it's chasing 22 confirmations through a group chat.

How Much Does a Digital Invitation Cost for a Hen Party in Bilbao?

The cost doesn't scale with the guest list. Fifteen people for pintxos, twenty-five for a long dinner, forty because everyone is flying in — €29.99, once. No shipping, no print run, no paper to collect. When you compare prices elsewhere, ask three questions: is it one payment or a subscription, is the RSVP included, and does editing after sending change the link. Here it's €29.99 once, confirmations land inside the invitation in one ordered list, and the link stays the same. Try the cover for free, publish when you're happy, and let your group confirm from their phones.
