It's 18:20 on 31 October and the group is already split. Six people are at the main gate. Four are by the ticket booths at the far end of the car park. Everyone is typing 'where are you?' into the same chat. This is where most Halloween invitations for teens go wrong: the plan lives in a message that scrolls away. A digital invitation puts the meeting time, the meeting point and the first ride on one page, and you can build it from the catalogue and send the link today.

The park isn't the problem. The vague plan is. A theme park at night is loud, dark and bigger than it looks on the map, so 'see you there' means four different things. Nail down when and where, put it somewhere everyone can open, and most of the 31st sorts itself out.

The meeting time comes before the costume

Two times, not one. The time you meet and the time you actually walk in are different things, and mixing them is how you end up standing next to a bin on your own for half an hour.

  • Two separate times on two separate lines: meet at 18:30 at the main gate, enter at 19:00. With one time only, half the group arrives late and the other half waits alone.
  • Name the meeting point after something you can see from a distance: 'ticket booth 3, under the clock' or 'the bench by the entrance fountain'. 'The entrance' is at least three different places.
  • Add one adult contact with a phone number: 'lost? Text Marta, Lucia's mum.' On the night, that's the line people actually use, and it stops one parent getting eight calls at once.
  • Say what happens to latecomers: 'after 18:45, wait at the gate or call Marta.' That one sentence turns an invitation into a plan that works.

The first ride decides the order of the night

Name the first stop and give it a time: '19:00, the mirror house, the one to the right of the Ferris wheel.' If the group knows where the night starts, nobody stands at the gate arguing about the plan for twenty minutes. Once you're in a queue together, the rest is easy.

Then add one second meeting point with a flexible time: '21:15, by the big coaster, everyone back together.' Two meeting points is enough; with five, the group breaks into three. And put one practical line in the same place: costume yes, comfortable shoes no matter what.

A Halloween night works when nobody has to ask where we're meeting.

A digital invitation is a web page for your event, not a PDF and not a picture. You share a link, people open it in the browser on their phone — no app to install, no account to create — and they all see the same time, the same meeting point and the same first ride.

If the park shifts its opening hours or you move the meet-up to booth 5, you edit it and the link stays the same. Everyone sees the updated version and nobody has to re-send anything. Confirmations arrive inside the invitation in one ordered list, and you write the questions yourself: who's coming, who's wearing a costume, who needs picking up at the gate. You can add your own photos too, up to six, with the cover marked and swapped whenever you like.

How much does a digital invitation cost?

29,99 EUR, paid once, no subscription. One invitation covers the whole night — it isn't priced per guest. You can edit the cover in preview mode before paying anything, and once you buy, every scene in the invitation unlocks.

If you already have the time, the meeting point and the first ride, the only thing missing is one place where all three live. Pick a design, put your own text and photos in it, and send the link to the group tonight. Tomorrow the chat will be full of memes again; the plan will still be in the same place.
