Digital invitation: Halloween invitation not received?
Digital invitation: A guest says the Halloween link never arrived? Check these three places first, then send one digital invitation that stays the same even when the plan changes

It's 9pm on 30 October and your phone lights up: 'Halloween invitation not received — did you send it?' You check your sent folder, then the guest list, then the group chat. The link is there, somewhere. If you want to stop this next year, a digital invitation from the collection can be set up and sent tonight: choose a design, add your details, share one link.
Most of the time the link is not lost. It is sitting in a spam folder, a search result you have not scrolled to, or a WhatsApp message that got copied in two pieces. Here is where to look first, and why a link you can edit beats a PDF attachment.
Halloween invitation not received? Check these three places first
Start with the boring places. A Halloween email with a link and a sender the guest does not know has a good chance of landing in Spam or Promotions. Ask them to search the event name, not just the inbox, and to check the group chat where you posted it.
- Check Spam, Promotions and Trash before you resend anything. A message with a link and the word Halloween often lands there, especially if the guest has never had an email from you.
- Use the search box in the email app and type the event name or your own name. The message may be three screens down, between a shop receipt and an electricity bill.
- Open the WhatsApp group where you posted the invitation. Search for 'link', check pinned messages, and look for a URL split over two lines.
- Ask the guest to open the link in Safari or Chrome, not inside Instagram or Facebook. In-app browsers can show half a page or a blank screen.
The problem is usually the phone, not the digital invitation
A link that works on your phone can fail on a guest's phone for small reasons. The page may open inside Instagram, where the browser is built for scrolling, not for forms. Or the link may be cut at a line break when someone copies it from WhatsApp. Or the phone may be running an old browser that loads text but not photos.
Ask them to paste the full link into Safari or Chrome, from the first letter to the last number. If it still looks blank, check that the phone has a connection and the browser is up to date. On a current browser, the invitation should open the same way it does on yours.

A Halloween invitation should not need a rescue party. Share one link, keep it editable, and let guests open it in the browser they already use.
How to create digital invitations for Halloween that keep the same link
Pick a design from the collection and open the editor in your browser. Add the title, date, time and place, write the line that sets the tone, and upload up to six photos. Set the RSVP questions you actually need: who is coming, and anything you want them to bring. Publish, then share the link, the QR code or a message. If the plan changes, edit the invitation and the link stays the same. Guests see the new time, the new gate or the new line on the cover when they reload. There is no app to install, no PDF to download, and the price is 29.99 EUR, one payment. If you want the doorbell to ring at eleven, not half past, build it once and send one link.
