Digital invitation: company Halloween meal at a villa

It’s 9pm, the group chat has 41 people, and someone asks again whether lunch is at 1:30 or 2. The villa is 30 minutes from the office, and the car question is already in the chat. A Digital invitation for a Halloween company meal at a villa can be made and sent today from the catalogue: choose a design, add your texts and photos, publish the link. Your colleagues open it in a browser. No app, no poster to chase.

The free poster is not the problem. The problem is what it does not do: hold a headcount. With 40 colleagues, you end up with five threads — the time thread, the car thread, the maybe thread — and you rebuild the guest list by hand. At 11pm someone changes the time from 1:30 to 2, and you write it again in the big group, your team group and three private chats. That is the bit nobody bills.

Digital invitation cost for a Halloween company meal at a villa

A free option looks like €0 until you count the work: two hours of replies, a lost reminder, and the doubt about whether the admin team will arrive at the right time. A paid digital invitation is €29.99 per invitation, one payment, no subscription. The rest is the same page: RSVP inside the invitation, edits after sending, and one link that stays the same.

• Free template: you download a picture, send it to the big group and then answer the same three questions in private. The list stays in your head.
• Digital invitation at €29.99: one page for the event, shared by link, QR or message. Colleagues open it in a browser and confirm there.
• Cost per head: €29.99 across 40 guests is under 75 cents each — less than a coffee after lunch.
• What changes: if the time moves from 1:30 to 2, you edit the invitation and the link stays the same. No re-sending the poster.

Digital invitations vs free templates for a company Halloween meal

A free template is a flat image. A digital invitation is a page with scenes, text fields and an RSVP form. That difference matters when 40 people need to say yes or no from a phone. If you are weighing Halloween invitations free or paid, the difference is not the design. It is the list, the address and the time — the three things people ask for in private.

You can write your own RSVP questions. Ask for the name to put on the table, or which song should play at 11. The answers arrive in one ordered list inside the invitation. You are not copying names from emoji reactions or hunting replies in three chats.

A free Halloween invitation saves you €29.99. A digital invitation saves you the list, the re-sends and the 11pm correction.

What to put on a Halloween invitation for a company meal at a villa

Write the three answers people always ask for: exact time, villa address with a map, and dress code. Add up to six photos — the gate, the courtyard, the long table — and choose the cover. A clear line like “We eat at 2, the gate creaks at 1:30” does more than a dramatic paragraph. Add the costume rule in one sentence: “Witches welcome, no full masks at the table.” Then publish the digital invitation and let the RSVP list fill itself.
