Digital Invitation Cost: Halloween Bats in the Garden

Thursday night. The party is Saturday, the printer has just chewed its third sheet of thick black card, and your son has changed his mind about the costume twice. You need thirty invitations with thirty names on them, a time, a place and a line about the bats hanging over the garden gate. A digital invitation does that in one link you can build tonight, and it answers the question you were about to type into a search bar: how much does a Halloween digital invitation cost for a bat party?

Below is the plain maths: the 29.99 EUR one-off against the ink, the card, the envelopes and the evening you won't get back. No inflated savings, no imaginary discounts. Just what you pay and what you get.

A digital invitation for a Halloween bat party: 29.99 EUR, once

The price is a single payment of 29.99 EUR per invitation. No monthly plan, no charge per guest, nothing added for paper or postage because there is no paper. What you get is your own page for the event, shared as a link, a QR code or a message. Guests open it in the browser on their phone and confirm from there; nobody installs an app. You can edit the cover in trial mode before you pay, and buying unlocks every scene: the decorated portal, the doorbell at eleven, the map of the garden.

• One payment of 29.99 EUR for the invitation, with no subscription and no fee per guest.
• Your own page for the event, sent by link, QR code or message and opened in any browser.
• A free trial of the cover before you pay; the rest of the scenes unlock when you buy.
• Up to six of your own photos, music and the RSVP questions you choose, all inside the same invitation.

Halloween invitations to print at home: thirty bats and one printer

Printing thirty bat-shaped invitations at home means colour ink, stiff card, scissors and glue, and a tray that jams halfway through. Add envelopes for the neighbours and stamps for the cousins two towns over. Then one child's name spelled wrong, and you print that one again, plus the two you bent while cutting.

The real spend depends on what's already in your cupboard: the ink you have, the card you don't. What you can't get back is the Thursday evening. And if the party moves from the patio to the kitchen because it's raining, you either print thirty more or ring thirty people.

A paper invitation is fixed the moment it leaves the printer. A digital one isn't.

The best digital invitations for a garden party: change the time, not the link

Say the forecast turns and the doorbell moves from eleven to ten, or the bats move from the gate to the kitchen door. You edit the invitation and the same link shows the new version: no reprints, no envelopes, no second round of messages. Confirmations arrive in one ordered list inside the invitation, and if you need to know who's staying for tea, you write that question into the RSVP form yourself. There's room for six photos, a piece of music and text the invitation can be set up in seven languages, which helps when half the class speaks something other than English at home. Pick a design in the catalogue, put your own words on the cover and send it tonight for 29.99 EUR, paid once.
