Digital invitation for a birthday in Bilbao: where to buy

You have booked the txoko in Deusto for a Saturday lunch. Then the messages start: what time, which entrance, do I bring the kids, where do I park. By Thursday you have answered the same question four times in three different chats. A digital invitation for a birthday in Bilbao takes that out of your phone: you choose a design from the catalogue, fill in the details and send the link today, from your own kitchen table.

It isn't a PDF and it isn't a photo of a card. It's a page of its own for your celebration, with the date, the place, your photos and a form where people confirm. One payment of 29.99 EUR, and nothing monthly behind it.

Where to buy digital invitations for a birthday in Bilbao

You don't need to walk into a print shop in the centre or drive across the river to Getxo. You buy it in the browser: filter the collection by style, edit the cover for free in trial mode and pay 29.99 EUR when you're happy with it. Buying unlocks the rest of the scenes, from the first one to the last.

• It has to be a web page of its own, not a PDF or an image: a PDF can't take confirmations and can't be changed once it's sent.
• Guests shouldn't install anything. They open the link in any browser and answer from their phone.
• You should be able to edit it after sending. The link stays the same and everyone sees the updated version.
• The price should be one payment of 29.99 EUR per invitation, with no subscription attached.

What a birthday digital invitation needs for a txoko lunch

The menu gets decided weeks ahead. What moves is everything else: the lunch slips an hour, someone asks for the address, the dress code was never really agreed. Build the invitation around those changes and you won't be rewriting messages at midnight.

Two things matter. First, your own photos: up to six, framed automatically, with the one you want on the cover, and you can swap any of them afterwards. Second, the RSVP inside the invitation. Answers arrive in an ordered list you can read at a glance, and you decide which questions the form asks. Music, wording, time, place, map, dress code: all of it is edited in Joy Studio, in your browser.

The point of a digital invitation is that you can still fix it after it has gone out. Same link, new version, nobody re-sends a thing.

How to create a digital invitation for a birthday in Bilbao

Open the collection, filter by style and try a cover free before you pay. In Joy Studio the fields are separate — heading, names, date, phrase, place — with a character counter and a live preview, so you see the change as you type it. Add your photos, choose the music, set the RSVP questions and publish with one button. Then send the link on WhatsApp or as a QR code. If your aunt would rather have paper, print two copies and keep the link for everyone else. Guests only need a phone, tablet or computer with a connection, nothing to install. The site works in seven languages and the invitation content can be set per language for guests abroad. Pick your design and send the link today: the lunch is booked, this is the last piece.
