It is 11pm, three weeks out, and the plan is somewhere in the group chat between two memes and a voice note. You sent a PDF, nobody opened it twice, and four people are now asking what time dinner starts. A digital invitation fixes the boring part: pick a design from the collection, fill in the date, the address and the dress code, and send one link tonight. For a 90s bachelorette party, that one link is the entire plan.

The 90s half is easy. Tracksuits, a Walkman, three songs everybody shouts: you already know what the night looks like. What falls apart is the logistics. Who is actually coming. Where you meet at eight. Whether anyone remembers what to wear. Get all of that into one place and the rest is just turning up.

A PDF dies in a group chat. A link does not. Your invitation is its own web page: guests tap it, read the plan and confirm from their phone. Nothing to install, nothing to download, no paper to keep track of. You can send it as a message or as a QR code, and if a couple of people want something physical to keep, print a few copies for them and leave the link for everyone else.

  • One link, sent as a message or a QR code. It opens in any browser on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
  • Preview mode is free: you edit the cover before paying. Buying unlocks every scene and lets you add up to 6 photos of your own.
  • Every text has its own field: label, names, date, phrase, place. Example: 'Operation tracksuit: Saturday 14, 8pm, Poblenou.'
  • Change the time, the map or the dress code afterwards and the link stays the same. No second message to the group.

The tracksuit comes before the typography

Write the outfit into the cover scene. 'Neon tracksuit, no exceptions' kills the question before anybody asks it. If people have to guess, you will be answering the same text six times by Thursday.

Pick three colours, not ten: fuchsia, turquoise and fluorescent yellow on black. Three survives photos and still reads on a phone screen. Music counts as decoration too. You can add a track that plays when the invitation opens, so choose one everybody can shout.

The Walkman and the tracksuit take ten minutes to decide. The address, the time and the RSVP are what need a system.

Barcelona in 90s mode: three stops with exact times

Dinner in Gracia or Poblenou: look for brick walls and warm light. Put the address and the map in the invitation so nobody ends up outside the wrong door, and write 8pm instead of 'around eight'. Then three bars in Sant Antoni, one hour each. If you swap a bar, edit the invitation and the same link shows the new one. Finish with karaoke in the Eixample, with that stop already on the invitation before the night starts, not decided in a taxi at 1am.

Nobody should be chasing replies on WhatsApp

Confirmations arrive inside the invitation, in one ordered list, so you stop counting heads in the chat. You set the questions yourself: 'are you bringing a camera?', 'which song do you want at karaoke?'. And if you push the start to nine, everyone who opens the link reads nine. No reprint, no resend, no screenshots.

Once the tracksuit and the Walkman are sorted, everything left is admin, and admin is exactly what a digital invitation is for. Pick a design, fill in the fields, publish it and send one link you can update whenever the plan moves.
