Your mother-in-law calls to ask what time the baptism starts. Your cousin messages you for the church address. A friend wants to know if there's parking. You sent the invitations last week, and you're already repeating yourself every evening.

A digital baptism invitation fixes that. It's a small web page of your own, opened with a link. Guests read the details once and confirm from their phone, without downloading anything. The RSVP sits inside the invitation, so the answers don't get lost in a chat thread. When the time or the place changes, you update the page and everyone sees the new version.

A digital baptism invitation template is a page, not a PDF

Open the link on a phone and it behaves like a page: the name at the top, the date, the church, the photos, a short message. Nothing to download, nothing to install. Guests tap, read, and reply through the RSVP inside the invitation. It costs €29.99 per invitation, paid once. No subscription.

  • It's a web page you share by link, QR code or message — not a PDF or an image.
  • Guests open it in any browser. No app, no account, no download.
  • One link for everyone, and it stays the same when you edit the details.
  • €29.99 once per invitation. No monthly fee, no renewal.

Choose the baptism invitation template by style, not by speed

Start in the collection and filter by style. A baptism in a church with pale walls and quiet light sits well with a light palette. A garden lunch afterwards suits something floral. Decide where the photos will go before you choose.

Check that the template has a separate field for each thing: title, names, date, phrase and place. The character counter warns you when a name or a line runs long. Look at the fields, not only the picture.

Pick a template you can still edit once the invitations are out.

Add names, photos and music without a designer

In the editor — Joy Studio, in your browser — you type each detail into its own field: 'Lucia's baptism', 12 October, the parish, a short line. You can upload up to six of your own photos, and they fit the frame on their own. Mark one as the cover, and swap any photo later. Music and the RSVP questions are yours to set, and the preview updates as you type.

Send once, then fix the details without reprinting

Publish with one button and the confirmations arrive inside the invitation, in an ordered list. The list updates as replies come in, so you always know who's coming. If the time, the place, the map or the dress code changes, you edit it and guests see the updated version. You don't resend anything, and the link stays the same. The invitation is digital from start to finish: no printing, no envelopes. If someone wants paper, print a few copies for the people who will keep them and share the link with everyone else. Guests only need a phone, a tablet or a computer with a connection — they open the link and reply from wherever they are.
