It is 21:40 in a cider house outside Bilbao. The txotx is called, twenty glasses go up, and someone's cousin is still in the car park asking which door to use. That is not a group problem, it is an invitation problem. Cider house bachelorette party invitations stand or fall on three lines: your sitting, the set menu and where the bus stops.

Get those three on the page and the group chat goes quiet. Here is where each one goes, scene by scene, and what to leave off the cover.

Cider house bachelorette party invitations: the txotx time comes first

Cider houses pour the txotx in sittings — lunch or dinner, first turn or second. If your invitation does not say which one is yours, half the group turns up when the first bottle is already empty. So put the sitting on the cover, next to the day and the time you meet, and keep the rest for the scenes below.

  • Cover: the day, the time you meet, and the exact txotx time. Nothing else.
  • Menu, bus and dress code each get their own scene, instead of one stack at the top.
  • On a dinner sitting, add the bus back. It is the line people ask about when nobody is reading the group chat.
  • Write the sitting the way the cider house said it — 'second dinner sitting, txotx at 21:30' — so no one rings them to check.

The cider house menu gets written down, not negotiated

Chuletón, salt cod, tortilla, cheese, quince paste and walnuts. If the menu is set, say so in one scene and list it exactly as it comes. Nobody then has to ask whether there is anything else, and nobody tries to order around it at the table.

Allergies and intolerances go in a message to whoever is organising, not into the form. The confirmation form on the invitation does not collect menus or allergies, so do not leave that sitting there waiting for an answer. Same with the cider: say whether it is included and whether the extra bottle is split separately. Whoever is carrying exact cash in their bag wants to know before they sit down.

Three lines — txotx, menu, bus — and the group stops asking. Everything else is decoration.

The bus fills in the order people confirm

A meeting point you can picture beats a pin with no name: the stop by the Casco Viejo metro, 20:15. If there is a return, put the time and the exact pickup in the same scene as the map of the cider house, so the two live together. Say who pays for the bus and how it is split. One transfer labelled 'Nerea bus' sorts out more than a hundred crossed messages.

Confirmations without chasing anyone

The RSVP sits inside the invitation, so replies land in an ordered list and you see who is missing at a glance, without opening the chat. Set only the questions you will act on — coming to the txotx, staying for dessert, bus both ways — and leave out the rest. If the time or the meeting point changes, edit the invitation: the same link shows the updated version. Nothing to resend, no replies lost. One drops out, another joins, the chuletón comes out half an hour late — the link keeps up.

If someone wants paper to keep, the sensible version is both: the link for everyone, and a few printed copies with the QR for whoever will file them away. Start with a photo of the group on the cover and the song from the drive home, and the invitation opens before anyone reads a line. Pick a design, try the cover for free, and publish the link before the bus fills.
