Bachelorette Vineyard Budget: What It Really Costs
Split the tasting, the bus and the cake into a per-person number before you book a vineyard, and keep the invitation at 29,99 EUR, one-time.

Someone drops a vineyard link in the group chat on a Tuesday. Everyone replies with wine emojis and it feels like the plan is done. Then the estate sends its list: tasting, private room, bus, minimum of 20 people. Suddenly nobody is sure who owes what.
Sort the bachelorette vineyard budget (the hen do budget, if you say it that way) before you fall in love with a terrace. Three columns, one number per person, everything in writing. It is the least romantic part of the weekend and the one that decides whether the trip feels relaxed or tight.
The bachelorette vineyard budget comes before the vineyard
Split the costs into three buckets while you are still comparing estates. Fixed costs stay the same if someone cancels, per-person costs move with the headcount, and extras are what you buy on impulse. Ask the estate for a written quote with VAT, the minimum number of guests and what happens if it rains. When a friend drops out on Thursday, you can see exactly which line changes.
- Fixed costs: the bus, the private room, the booking deposit. They do not shrink when one person cancels.
- Per person: tasting, lunch or picnic, wine by the glass, bread and water if they are not part of the package.
- Extras: flowers, games, a cake, tips for the staff and for the driver.
- Run the total at 15, 20 and 25 guests. The same plan costs very different amounts per head once the bus and the room are split.
The bus changes the bill more than the tasting
If the vineyard is more than 30 minutes out, compare a minibus with a driver against a fleet of taxis. For groups of 15 or more, the bus is usually the simpler option for a return trip with a fixed departure time. Before you agree, ask about the night surcharge, tolls and waiting time. One extra hour at the table can carry an hourly charge nobody counted on.
Eating on site moves the numbers too. Ask whether the tasting includes food or only glasses, and whether there is a corkage fee if you bring your own bottles or a cake. Then fix one pickup point and one return time. Two stops sound friendly and cost you both time and money.
The extras nobody writes down
Use what the venue already has: barrels, string lights, linen. If you are buying flowers or a photo backdrop, put it on the list before you choose the menu, because that is where the budget drifts. Leave room for a tip for the staff and one for the driver. It always comes at the end of the night.

Count the cost per person first, choose the vineyard second, and send the invitation last.
The invitation is 29,99 EUR and never gets reprinted
Send The Joy sells a digital invitation for 29,99 EUR: a web page for your event, not a PDF. Guests open the link on their phone, install nothing, and confirm inside the invitation. Change the time, the meeting point or the dress code afterwards and the same link shows the new version. If someone wants paper, print a few copies for them. Work out the per-person cost, book the vineyard, then send the link.
