Bachelorette Party Climbing Gym Invitations: Scale, Toast
A digital invitation for the hen do at the climbing gym: ask for shoe size and level in the RSVP, share the address once, and edit the time without resending anything.

Three weeks out, the group chat is stuck. Someone asks who is actually climbing, someone else wants to know whether the gym lends shoes, and the bride's sister is collecting harness sizes in a voice note. That is the wrong order for bachelorette party climbing gym invitations: sizes, levels and the toast should be asked once, in one place, and answered in the same place.
A digital invitation sorts that out. It is a web page for the hen do, shared as a link, a QR code or a message, and the RSVP questions sit on the same page as the address, the time and the plan for afterwards. Nobody installs an app. You ask once, and the answers arrive in a list.
Bachelorette party climbing gym invitations: sizes belong in the RSVP
A climbing gym needs numbers before you walk in: how many harnesses, how many pairs of shoes, how many people are getting on the wall rather than watching. That is a form's job, not a group chat's.
- Ask for harness size or climbing shoe size in the RSVP form, so you reserve kit instead of guessing on the day.
- Ask for a level: complete beginner, V0-V2 on the bouldering wall, or 6a on a top rope.
- Add two yes or no questions: 'Climbing or just toasting?' and 'Happy to shoot photos from the mat?'
- If someone does not know their size, they can answer 'to be confirmed' before the deadline, or you link the gym's own size chart.
What to ask the gym before you send the link
Call them first. Do they hold a block of hours for a group, and do they lend shoes or does everyone bring their own? Ask about lockers and whether street shoes are allowed as far as the mat. Then decide whether the toast happens inside the gym or in a bar nearby, and put the exact address in the final scene.
The climbing gym sets the dress code, and the scenes name themselves
The wall has opinions, so say it on the welcome scene: sportswear, hair tied back, no rings or bracelets, and thin socks for anyone trying rental shoes. The white dress stays home. Leggings, a t-shirt and a hoodie for the walk to dinner, plus a spare shirt and flip-flops if you are eating out afterwards.
Name the scenes the way you would name routes: Magnesium Threshold, Block Challenge, Toast on the Mat. Each one takes a short line and a photo, up to six in total, and you pick the cover with a click. Add music to the toast scene.

Ask for the shoe size where you ask for the date: one form, one link, one list of answers.
The time changes, the link does not
If the instructor moves your session from 6pm to 7pm, you change the time and everyone sees the updated invitation. Nothing to resend, nothing to reprint. Same if the meeting point moves from the bar to the bouldering wall: the map updates on the same link. Guests open it in a browser and confirm from their phone. Pick a design, write the welcome scene and the toast scene, and send it while the group chat is still awake.
