Someone hands you the microphone at nine, the room goes quiet, and the backing track starts on a song only two people know. That's how a karaoke night loses its first twenty minutes. Bachelorette karaoke invitations go out weeks earlier, which is exactly when the song list should be decided — not at 1am with a phone and a YouTube search.

Ten songs is enough. Fewer and the queue dies before the toast; more and nobody remembers what they picked. The work is choosing them, splitting them across the evening, and getting every guest to claim one before the party starts.

Bachelorette karaoke invitations: the opener decides the room

Open with something most of the group can carry without reading the words. In Brazil, 'Evidências' does that at every party: the chorus repeats and people join on the second line. The song matters less than the effect. Nobody should be standing there holding a microphone while the track plays to a silent room. If the group is mixed, pick an opener almost everyone has heard at least once.

  • Put the invitation link on the karaoke table: a printed QR code, or a phone connected to the speaker.
  • If the party is at home, test the microphone and the speaker at the hour karaoke will actually start, not when the first guest rings the bell.
  • Choose an opener under four minutes; long songs lose the room before the chorus arrives.
  • Write the running order on the same card as the ten songs, so nobody has to ask what comes next.

Song requests belong in the RSVP

Set up a scene in your digital invitation with the ten songs, then add a question to the RSVP form asking which one each guest wants. The answers arrive inside the invitation, in one ordered list. No chasing confirmations by WhatsApp, and no guessing who already called 'Ai Se Eu Te Pego'.

You can edit the list after you have sent the link. If someone suggests 'Anunciação' the day before, change it and everyone sees the updated version. Same link, nothing reprinted, nothing resent.

Sound gear doesn't fix a messy list

The best speaker in the room can't order ten songs for you. Test two microphones and bring spare batteries — a guest without a mic is one song fewer. Print the ten songs on a small card for the karaoke table, so a dropped wi-fi connection doesn't stop the queue. And put the exact time and place in the invitation: if the venue changes at the last minute, you edit the link and nobody reprints an address.

Ten songs chosen before the night beat forty songs searched for on the sofa.

Three moments: opener, toast, last dance

Split the ten across the evening: three for the start, three around the toast, four for the end. For the toast, choose a song the group can sing standing up — 'Como É Grande o Meu Amor por Você' works — and turn the volume down for the speech. Keep a track everybody recognises, 'Ai Se Eu Te Pego' or similar, for the last dance, so nobody is searching for it while the night closes. Then build the invitation: €29.99 for a page of your own, with the song list and the RSVP in the same place. Try it free, set up the karaoke scene and publish the link. The night starts with the first song.
