You're in the group chat for a bachelorette. Someone says 'amusement park' and forty messages later, no one knows if the ticket includes parking or who has paid. You need amusement park bachelorette invitations that show the price per head and one link that answers everything.

That's what a digital invitation does. It shows the cost, the meeting point, and an RSVP button. You share it as a link or a QR code. Your guests open it in a browser, no app install. No PDF that gets lost in the chat.

Amusement Park Bachelorette Invitations: Price Per Head First

Before you pick the park, add up the ticket, parking, locker, and a rough food budget. Divide by the number of people who are actually coming. If nine of you go and the total is €520, each person sees '€58 per head' on the invitation. Don't mix the ticket price with the bride's gift. On the invitation, write 'Ticket + parking'. Talk about the gift separately so no one confuses the fee with the envelope. If someone drops out later, update the amount on the same invitation. The link doesn't change and no one has to redo a spreadsheet.

  • Add up ticket, parking, locker and food per person before you send the invitation.
  • Write the final price in a scene labelled 'Cost per person'.
  • Add the RSVP deadline next to the confirmation button.
  • Include a real meeting point: 'Ticket booth 3, 10:30'.

A QR Code at the Park Gate: Time, Place, Price

The meeting point can't be 'the entrance'. Put 'Ticket booth 3, 10:30' with a map on the invitation. Share the QR in the WhatsApp group: whoever scans it opens the invitation on their phone, no install, and sees the time, place, and price per head. If the park changes the opening time or the parking fills up, you edit the scene and the same QR shows the new version. Nothing to resend.

This is where the invitation does the work. You don't need to pin a message or hope everyone scrolls up. The link is the same from the first send to the last change. And if someone asks 'what's the plan?', you send the same QR again.

The price per head and the QR code can live on the same link. No PDFs that get lost, no spreadsheets across thirteen chats.

The Invitation Also Lists What Isn't the Ticket

Separate what's paid on top: food inside the park, a locker, a group photo, or dinner afterwards. Write a line like 'Bring cash for the locker; parking is already in the fee' to avoid last-minute questions. Set a confirmation deadline in the RSVP: if the park needs a final number, the ordered list comes from the invitation itself.

RSVP with a Clear Price, Not a WhatsApp Poll

Set the confirmation questions right under the price: 'Are you coming?', 'Are you paying for your ticket?', or 'Are you joining for dinner?'. Answers arrive in one ordered list inside the invitation. No chasing people in private messages. If someone doesn't reply, there's no automatic reminder, but the same link lets them see the price and confirm when they can.

You pay €29.99 once, not a subscription. The invitation is a web page, not a PDF. Edit it after sending and the link stays the same. Guests open it in their browser and confirm. If someone wants paper, combine: the link for everyone, a few printed copies for whoever will keep them. Create your invitation and send it with the price already on it.
