AI digital invitations: one link, a text per guest

AI can draft the line, but it can't tell Mari Carmen from María del Carmen. Here's how to adapt the wording guest by guest and keep one link that stays current.

Saturday morning, kitchen table. You have the date, the venue and a phone full of names, and you're stuck on the one line that goes under each of them. So you open an AI assistant, type "wedding invitation wording, warm but not fussy", and get back four paragraphs written by someone who has never met Lucía or Marc.

That's the useful way to think about AI in invitations. It's good at the line, the greeting, the tone. It's useless at knowing that Mari Carmen and María del Carmen are two different guests sitting at the same table. That part is yours.

AI digital invitations: the machine sorts what you already wrote

You write the facts once. Lucía and Marc, 14 June, 19:00, Jardín de la Encina. Then you write the sentence for each group, and the tone gets decided by a phrase instead of a rewritten paragraph. For friends, "come and celebrate with us" is enough. For your father's colleagues, "join us for the ceremony" sits better. And delete anything that starts with "It is our pleasure to invite you to the celebration of the wedding of". If nobody would say it out loud, it doesn't belong on the invitation.

  • The time with minutes: 19:00, never "in the evening".
  • The name the family actually uses. If she's Carmen to everyone, don't print María del Carmen.
  • A landmark instead of a bare address: "opposite San Juan Market" beats a street number nobody can place.
  • The dress code in two words: "light suit, no tie".

The character limit is the best style editor you'll get

An invitation scene gets read on a phone in about six seconds. If the line doesn't fit in two lines, the problem is the words, not the space. Joy Studio shows a character counter on every field and a live preview that updates as you type, so you see the line the way your guests will see it before you publish anything.

Close the fact before you build a sentence around it. "19:00", not "in the evening". "Opposite San Juan Market", not a postcode. Then read the names one by one, because a missing accent shows more than any flourish you could add.

Write the facts once. The wording can change from guest to guest; the link stays one.

Seven languages, one invitation

The site runs in Spanish, English, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and German, and the invitation content can be set per language. If family is flying in from Berlin and cousins are driving up from Naples, you don't need two designs. Same date, same time, same link, with each group reading the wording in the language they're comfortable in. One event told twice, not two events.

Where the text stops and the event starts

The scenes run in a chain and each one has a job. The threshold receives, the patio scene shows the photos, the arch holds the vows, the last dance closes the night. You can add up to six of your own photos, mark one as the cover, and the frames handle the cropping, so a portrait of the dress and a wide shot of the table both fit. Guests open the link in any browser, with nothing to install, music on the first scene and the RSVP form on the last. Confirmations land inside the invitation in one ordered list, and you set the questions before you send, not after the replies start arriving.

Start with the free test: edit the cover, see how the line sits in the frame, and unlock every scene when you buy. It's 29,99 EUR once, no subscription, and you can change the hour, the place or a sentence whenever you need to.
